As the other reviewers pointed out, the original barcode was covered with another sticker to show A31 and packaging is for A21. You can buy the A21 for $5 less so I felt I was ripped off by Amazon. I have not decided yet whether to return or keep it. This is my first disappointment with an Amazon fulfilled purchase.Update Sep 22, 2011 # 1: After communicating my situation to Amazon CS, I was given a significant discount (sorry, can not disclose). So I'll be keeping this card even if this is not originally what I intended to buy. Great support from Amazon and I'm giving this 5-stars. Update Sep 22, 2011 # 2: I performed benchmark tests using a Transcend card reader plugged into my laptop & the card reader installed on my Alienware PC. I used HD Tune pro. Fulfilled by SF Planet and I received a discontinued item that would have cost less! Ordered the SDSDRX3-032G-A31 as shown and paid $85.42. What I received from SF Planet was a discontinued SDSDRX3-032G-A21 HD Video card that lists for $76.57 on Amazon. Can you say "RIP OFF". The original packaging had the original model covered with a sticker that does not appear to have been put on buy the manufacturer. This card is between 10 to 30 dollars cheaper then the card advertised for this item. Even though this order is fulfilled by amazon, the original supplier seems to be purposefully mislabeling items to a model of greater value. The card itself does not have a model number, only the box has the model number. Buyer beware. |
