It's beautiful actually. Yes, you have to wind it almost daily but that's okay knowing that it is very stylish. It keeps time well and I had no problems so far. I was a bit hesitant to buy because of the price for such a nice watch but hey, it was worth it. The strap is very cheap and thin for a male but for the price, you could expect that. Overall, the watch is nice. 8 of 9 people found the following review helpful IIII is IV, This review is from: New Men's Black Leather Luxury Skeleton Dial Hand-Wind Up Mechanical Wrist Watch (Watch) I found this article which should help out those who don't understand the whole IIII over IV Roman numeral argument:"There is a story that a famous clockmaker had constructed a clock for Louis XIV, king of France. It would destroy the symmetry to have the IV with only two... This is the first winding watch I have ever owned that this has happened. I took the watch to a jeweler to have a look at it just to see if I could get it fixed on the cheap but sadly there was nothing they could do. He also commented on how poor the quality of materials were which isn't too suprising given how cheap this watch is. In conclusion I would say if your going to wear this watch every once and while then it still maybe a good buy but it isn't built well enough to be used daily |
