I purchased the MagneTrainer exercies bike and I just love it. I also purchased the Ergo Handles thinking I would use them for arm workout. The exercise bike is great for an arm workout but the handles are too difficult to taking on and off. I don't use them, I just use the foot pedal and rotate with my hands. This exerciser is great if you do not have the room for a rebumbant bike. I stabilized the exerciser so it does not slip by placing a heavy car matt underneath it. I am happy with my purchase and would definately recommend. I bought these to replace the foot pedals on my Magnetrainer because I need to work my upper body. They are well designed and attached easily. The handles are padded for comfort and angled slightly for easier use. I recommend them for anyone who wants to turn their Magnetrainer into an arm bike.
