"natural untreated," which only comes in beige, and 2. "water resistant," which comes in several colors as well as beige. In my experience, the water-resistant black kinesiotape feels stronger, adheres better, lasts longer, and is much easier to work with than the 'natural' beige tape. I'm going to order the 'water resistant beige' kind next time around--hopefully, it will work as well as the 'water resistant black' tape does.But it's not clear to me from Amazon's description for the item listed above whether this roll is 'water-resistant' beige tape or 'natural' beige tape. I'm concerned it might be the 'natural' kind, which peels off too easily and doesn't last as long. Maybe I'd better order the smaller rolls that specifically mention 'water-resistant' in their description. Anyway, Kinesiotape is fantastic stuff.
