This is the best tasting Kashi cereal I have tried so far (and there are some that I think taste like cardboard). It is sweet without being overly sweet. I think I found my favorite Kashi cereal! This is a truly satisfying cereal. One bowl takes me through much of the day feeling like I consumed something more than just another cereal. If you have the chance to try this cereal give it a shot.
