However, if you want leather bands, I suggest getting the white dial version. When I first received it, it had the leather band, which finally wore out. I replaced it with the stainless steel band. Either way, I may never buy another watch for everyday use. The sapphire crystal has no scratches, and I've banged it up a few times. Very sturdy indeed! While these watches are billed as an "American brand", they are now made with Swiss movements.I'm surprised I don't see more of these in jewelry stores, as they certainly are comparable to Tag Heuer, Omega, and other watches in the prices range of $400-$800.
